We are facing very low performance whenever we switch the phase of maintenance cycle from "development in release" to "Go live" each step takes atleast 2 minutes, any suggestions on how to improve performance ?
Also, is there any program which can control the phases so we can automate ?
We are on Solman 7.1 SP10

Im testing a SM7.2 and I have some doubts regarding Documentation, actually I made a Clean Instalation of SM72 and I want to move 1 project to see how react in the new SM72 documentation schema.
On SM7.1 SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN I create a transport an put all the project information inside, I Imported the transport in SM72 (same process to move doc to SAP CAL) and now In the transaction PREPARE_ACTIVATION, I see my project but in step 2, I don't see any Logical component. :-(
I don't have the option to run the preparation_activation on the SM71 solman

Dear experts,
I have one issue. User for READ RFC always getting locked in my managed system(PRD)
It says that user SM_SMP locked due to incorrect logon attempts, but in Solman Managed System Config I created it as generated password.
Even if I unlock it again in PRD SU01, it will locked again after a while.
Please help

Hi everyone,
With my current configuration in solman 7.1 when I send an incident to SAP and the costumer answers the status changes to Send to Support, but I have seen that in other systems the status changes to Send to SAP. This is a problem because every time that the costumer answers the incident we have to sent it to SAP again and again, instead of that we want that the incident could be forwarded automatically to SAP again without VAR action.
What I would like to achieve is the next flow:
Costumer opens an incident -> After trying to solve it with notes we send it to SAP (Status: Send to SAP) -> SAP asks a question to the costumer (Status: Author Action) -> Costumer answer (Status: Send to support) (Status: Send to SAP).

As you can see in the attached Log-File the error comes every 15 Minutes.
How can I diagnose this error?

Should I look for other Log-Files?

We are configuring PP end to end scenario using the CBTA where I am getting stuck in tocde MB1A.
We recorded the screen for mb1at that time the below screen was having 5 items. Now when I am running the ecatt script which is composite script of
MD04->COR7->COR2-> MB1A it generating 1 item. Due to the changes in the screen line items the script is failing.
This screen will change dynamically every time. Let us know if the below requirement is possible? If yes then please let me know how we can automate the cbta script to handle the below situation where screen is changed dynamically based on inputs.

Small doubt while configuring local SLD in solman 7.1 sp10 not getting how to establish bridge forwarding concept for PI netweaver 7.0.
scenario .
1. We have build a new solman 7.1 sp10 system in our landscape.
2. Now trying to setup SLD setup as a part of system preparation here , our approach is to create a local SLD , then connect to the central SLD.
Then in our landscape there is a Central SLD PI prod server (Slave SLD ) and Master SLD PI DEV.
How to do bridge forwarding of data with central SLD with solman local SLD , (registerd solman (http://hostname:5xx00/sld) in data supplier of master sld.)
But not understanding how central sld will push the data to local sld.

I have an issue with solution manager, While synchronization between SLd and LMDB CR content is mismatched. Below are the error showing the solman system preparation phase. I have applied the SLD CR content but showing the LMDB CR content is low.

You are trying to activate a synchronization connection between LMDB and SLD. To do so, the SAP CR Content versions must be equal. But the following versions were found:
The SAP CR Content versions can differ, for example, if you already connected another source SLD with a different CR content version to your LMDB in the past.
SAP CR Content version 11.5 in LMDB is lower than 12.1 in source SLD.
To apply a specific SAP CR Content version in the LMDB, see SAP Note 1962139.
If the required SAP CR Content version is not available in SAP Service Marketplace (as described in SAP Note 669669), see SAP Note 1962139.

When using SDA for analysing your solution, SDA will only include all objects that has been used for the past 3 months. Are there any methods to analyze the objects that are being used by the system(s) but which are not included in the SDA-repport?

I´m facing an error during the LMDB configuration in particulary during the system creation in the Technical Systems option. In the step "Destinations" where we setup all the RFC´s between Solution Manager and the managed system (in this specific case the DEV system - ERP development system). In the RFC creation screen it show me the following error:
Error during connection to system DEV / 110: Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT' : cmRc=20 thRc=497
Unable to determine host address: ).
The user an the password are right, the user is not locked in the managed system (DEV).
I can ping both servers from each server
I put the IP and hostname in the hosts file of each server and also the sapms<SID> 3600/tcp entries in each services file
Example:
sapmsDEV 3600/tcp # SAP System Message Server Port
Even so... it didn´t solve my problem. It still show me the same error during the RFC creation.
Can you help me to solve this situation please?

i am looking for a possibility of exporting service processes in SAP Solution Manager (Transaction Monitor). I need all relevant tables like CRMD_ORDERADM_H, CRMD_LINK etc. , the longtexts in all objects and IDs as well as the attached documents. Does anybody know a tool or have an idea how to solve that? Are there any tools for tasks like that? I have already found many tables i could export to excel, but i don't know how to find attached documents or the long texts or notes. Can anybody help me?

I have created custom document attributes in DMWB and also assigned table name & field name to the attributes. Created PHIO entries for all of them and activated with option "Unique" and "MaintPoss" checked.
We have a requirement where in we have to disable certain customer attributes in "other attribute" tab. For eg: Actual date is one of the custom attributes created and value should be picked by the system while saving certain status (part of BADI implementation). Therefore this field should be disabled and not updated manually by anyone.
How do I set this field as disabled? I have tried unchecking the option "MAINTPOSS" in PHIO but no success.
Please suggest if this is possible through configuration or it needs development.

We have do the following task in solution manger server for R/3 quality server.
1.RZ70 triggered from R/3 quality to solution manager.
2.Diagnosis agent and Host agent is installed successfully.
3.Manager system configuration is completed for R/3 QAS in solution with successfully.
4. Technical monitoring is completed for R/3 qas.
But we are unable to find New R/3 qas in technical monitoring .
