I just upgrade my windows from windows 8.1 (SAP GUI 7.3) to windows 10 (SAP GUI 7.4)
I can't run the T-code SOLMAN_WORKCENTER (SAP GUI 7.4 on Windows 10), it's result:
and the T-code: SM_WORKCENTER (via URL) is not run too.
but in SAP GUI 7.3 - Windows 8.1 it's running ok:
Please help me fix this, are there any issue with SAP GUI 7.4 on windows 10 ?

Hi All,
We have setup BPMon alerts for P2P process and alerts are getting generated successfully. Now, we want to setup dashboard for the same P2P process.
However, when trying to add "Analytical key figure instance", the corresponding key figures for P2P are missing from the Analytical Key figure repository. How do we get this updated with P2P key figures.
Any help in this regard is higly appreciated.

Since we first started out ChaRM journey many people have come and gone. A business partner was created for each and now they all appear in the drop-down list for Developer, Tester, etc. when creating Request for Change, Normal Change, etc. How can we end-date the business partners for people who are no longer with us? We'd like to condense the display list to only those who are relevant.

We are facing an issue with in RSRT . When we call a SAP standard query :0smalmmp1/0smd_alm_alert_details and we are facing the attached screen shot of the error .
"ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype".

Looking for audit experiences related to the following situation:
I feel that the company needs to implement a non-prod SolMan system in order to carry out ChaRM development and testing, in order to be compliant with audits. Do you feel the same way? Have you encountered this audit issue specifically?
Any advice as to why or why not a non-prod SolMan is required would be much appreciated.
Landscapes includes ECC, BW, GRC, and ChaRM will manage transports throughout each landscape.

Hi,
Several times on our SAP Netweaver Java systems we get HTTP errors (503,500,401) and system becomes unavailable.
Problem is we do not come to know of these errors untill any business user reports this issue and then we troubleshoot on it.
Now we need to setup Alert in Solution Manager so that anytime our SAP Netweaver Java server goes to these HTTP Error state(503,500,401), We get an Alert so that before noticing by any user we can solve the problem.
Please let us know if we have this functionality available in Solman where we can configure Alerts for SAP Netweaver Java systems anytime they go in HTTP errors (503,500,401) and we get email.
We have SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and Netweaver Java Applications are 7.4 & 7.5

I have an issue with ICM status, In management console ICM status is working fine but in SAP ICM connection status getting red colour.
Note : After restarting of Solman ICM status get it into green after One hour or Two hour ICM status back to RED colour.

I have started with exploring of solution manager itsm possibilities. I would like to define values in Service request template which should be applied to created service request. The main goal is to assign same priority, service team and knowledge articles to same problems, eg. Password reset which I´m trying to do now. I´ve proceeded in accordance with Service request management and service request fulfillment guide (Version 1.0, June 2012).
Firstly, I created Service Request template with a values we would like to apply to all password reset request, I also created and attached knowledge article to this template. Then I assigned this template as well as knowledge article to Password Reset in Categorization Schema. If I use Password Reset Guided Procedure in Service Request part of GUI, description got overwritten from template, but the problem is,that after sending a request, other fields as Service Team, Knowledge Article etc.. are not affected. To make it easier I´m attaching printscreens.

I'm configuring Solution Manager 7.1 SP4 and I've already completed System Preparation and Basic Configuration steps without any errors.
Now I'm trying to configure Managed System Configuration step but I don't know where I should start and what exactly I need to do.
Can anyone suggest any run book concerning this Step?
It gives me this errors.
And when I'm trying configure Application Server ABAP (Configure Options->Goto Landscape Verification tool) I'm facing this problem.

Can you prevent users from creating new documents on the Proj. Documentation Tab that have the same name/title? For example, if user A creates a document named Record to Report BPP on a specific node, can you prevent a different user from creating a separate document also named Record to Report BPP on a different node?

I'm trying to configure the E2E monitoring on a Solman 7.1. Robot will be located on the SRM system, so I will be using the same SMD agent that the one used to generate the EWA.
Agent is connected to the SolMan and it's on green status:
I have checked the logs but I don’t see any error.
But when I look for the robot on the SolMan wizard, it doesn’t appear:
