SolMan SP12. In ZMIN first reaction is calculated when status is "Sent to group". We need the calculation
when status is "In Process" as supposed to be. Please advise.

Charm - "No maintenance cycle is open for the current system"
Hello,
we want to setup Charm in Solution Manager 7.1.
Now on creating a normal change I get the error "No mainetnance cycle is open for the current system".
I've checked already the ibase and also smsy, however I can't really find the problem.
Maybe somebody has an advice for me....

ChaRM Report
Hello All,
Please let me know is there any standard report (or linked tables) for getting a link between a Change Document and Documents(Documents attached in the "documents block") attached to it in ChaRM.
If there is no standard report, kindly let me know the other way like how to achieve it through BI query or using tables (table names) etc...to get the link between CD and documents.

Sybase DB details of BOBJ system not available in Solman
Dear Experts,
I am configuring a BOBJ system with a sybase DB in our Solution Manager landscape. I used AC tool to push the data to SLD. The system details (BOE & Tomcat) are available in Solman system, however the DB details are not getting transferred. Based on SAP suggestion, we installed SAPTOOLS in the sybase DB and tried to push the data again. However, the DB data is still not getting pushed. Please let me know if you have faced similar issue and have resolved them.
The diagnostic agent has the following log in the e2edcc_db.0.log file,

How to execute Odata Service with SolMan Mobile Application

I have a problem in order to use/consume OData service "http://xyz:00000/sap/opu/odata/AIGW/SERVICE_GDAPI/"
When We execute the SAP Provided Standard Odata service "sap/opu/odata/AIGW/SERVICE_GDAPI/" we are able to get below output:

ChaRM configuration
Hello colleagues,
I would be very appreciate if anyone helps me to resolve the following problem. Despite it's more basis thing, I assume that someone could face with the same issue after updating SolMan 7.1 to SP14
I do ChaRM configuration between my SolMan 7.1 (NW7.02) and GRC 10 (NW7.02), but the issue seems more basis than ChaRM.
Two systems that need to be connected (GRC must me included in ChaRM-SSM system).
Before creation Domain link according to Dolores' notes.

So, for this moment checks and RFCs from/to all systems work fine.
Now I'm trying to create Domain link from SSM (SSD 000) to GRC.
From this moment the TMS configuration looks like
Update the configuration (Ctrl+F2) to GRD and GRP.
After updating on SSM side I get stuck situation
When I go to SSD (domain system) I get the message Transport control program not configured. By clicking on help I see this text:
Transport control program not configured
Message no. XT450
Diagnosis
The TMS configuration check discovered that the management of the transport profile for the transport control program has not yet been included in the TMS configuration.
You can manage the transport profile in TMS only as of SAP Release 4.5A. The TMS for this system was probably configured in an older release.
System Response
The transport control program is currently using the profile TPPARAM in the transport subdirectory bin. The Transport Management System does not control the file TPPARAM. This means that the consistency of the transport domain configuration of TMS cannot be guaranteed.
Procedure
Configure the transport control program with TMS.
For instructions and information on configuring the transport control program (for example, after an upgrade to 4.5A), refer to the SAP Library under BC - Basis Components -> BC - Transport Management System -> Configuring Transport Control Program Afterwards.
TMSADM password has been changed in all system in RFCs: TMSADM@CONTROLLER and TMSADM@SSD.DOMAIN_*, TMSADM@*.EXTDOM
RFCs work fine (both connection and authorization tests). Though authorization test shows error for RFCPING, but it's ok in according to the note 1991401
Do you know whether this issue came with one of BASIS SP or not? Because before I configured the systems for ChaRM in the same SSM landscape, but for other systems. The issue appeared after SSM SP14 update.
SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN doesn't show any problems for connected GRC system.
Yellow says "No business partner is assigned to your user mylogin", so it's not critical.

cCTS and Scheduling Imports
Hi All,
We went live with ChaRM and cCTS about two months ago and are just ramping up development in our project landscape. I am running into an issue with scheduling jobs to run the import on the clusters. All of the documentation I am able to find is for scheduling jobs in each system (through the program /TMWFLOW/SCMA_TRORDER_IMPORT) which does work as expected. But I want to be able to schedule the cluster imports for the projects hourly and the program for cluster imports (/TMWFLOW/SCMA_CLUSTER_IMPORT) does not allow creation of variants because all of the parameters are no-display.
Does anyone have any advice on how to accomplish this?

Connect ARIS with SAP Solution Manager
Hello,
I am currently working on my thesis. I want to connect ARIS Architect with SAP Solution Manager. I currently have the ARIS Education Package (Single User) with the extension packs: ARIS UML Designer and ARIS Simulation available (Screenshot). Can I connect ARIS with SAP Solution Manager with this Education Package? If not, will I need a license or an extension pack for that purpose? Or is it possible, that I need the extension pack "ARIS for SAP®Solutions"?

sap solution manager 7.1 Installation upgrade to SPS14
Hello,
I have Installed SAP Solution Manager 7.1, OS is Linux and Database is Oracle 11.2.0.3. After the Installation i have performed general post installation steps of SAP system, example: Installed SAP License, TMS configured, Installed and Configured Router..etc.
My requests are:
-> Can i perform SPS 14 upgrade before Configuring Solution Manger 7.1.
-> If yes can i use the SPS 14 which has come along with Solution Manger 7.1 DVD.
-> Please share if there are any additional prerequisites for SM 7.1 upgrade to SPS 14 which are not mentioned in Service Market Place.

Error getting while using URL of SUM tool

I am facing the issue while applying support patch to solution manager using SUM tool release of SP16_patch8.
I am using Solution manager 7.1 and saphostagent version :7.20 patch number 87
While using the URL of sum tool for the usage i m getting error and the error is mentioned below
I given host name and SID .For confidential purpose i didn't mentioned in URL.

Implementation of SAP HANA in SLD/LMDB in Solution Manager 7.2 SP1
Hello Experts,
I am currently setting up Solution Manager 7.2 on Hana. Right now I'm starting to perform Managed System Setup starting with the Solution Manager itself.
To clear things up from start:
HANA Version: 1.00.111.00.1454183496 (fa/newdb100_rel)
HANA OS Version: SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12.0
Solution Manager ABAP SID: SOL
Solution Manager JAVA SID: SOJ
HANA SID: HOL
SLD is on latest CIM/CR and it is no problem to register ABAP and JAVA Systems.
What my problem is right now:
HOL entry in LMDB does not show any product instances, therefore I cannot set diagnostic relevance for managed System Setup:
SLD shows only 4 associations (2 for every System ABAP/JAVA) I learned in this wiki that this shows me that SLD registration was made by RZ70 from the ABAP and the Java Stack Destination.

I also noticed that the entry of HOL in SLD gets a new timestamp when I do RZ70 synchro, but nothing happens when i use hdblcm.
So what I did until now to register HANA in SLD:
I installed DAA and registered it to SLD:
I used hdblcm to register HANA in SLD:
I installed the newest SAPHOSTAGENT.
Running this command gives following ?positive? output:
/usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/saposcol -b | sldreg -connectfile /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/slddest.cfg -stdin –oldtransferdtd
HOL's DAA has status green on Agent Administraion.
Strangely dev_sldregs in HANA Studio has an old timestamp:
So yeha, I guess thats it. Maybe somebody out there knows what I can do cause I am at the edge to madness.

difference between SAProute and SNC and Service Connector ?
Hi,
I'm kind of confuse with all those tools, can anyone tell me if my understanding is right :
-> SAProute is an enhanced firewall, with special SAP functionnality (like remote controlling a SAP system)
-> SNC is used to link two SAProute (customer to SAP or customer to VAR for exemple), it works kind of like a VPN (using an encrypted connexion over the internet)
-> Service connector is the same as SNC (SNC = Service Network Connecotr)
Am I right ? If not, can anyone give me details ?

Runtime Library Manager Configuration
. Hi All,
I am following OSS Note 1912801 to set up the runtime library. In the OSS Note, it said that I need three roles.
- SAP_SM_EXTERN_WS
- SAP_SOL_TC_COMP
- SAP_BC_DWB_ABAPDEVELOPER
Security has added these roles to my profile; however, when I go to the client’s Web Service Configuration, the “Create Service” button is not active. Do you know what security role I need to have that button active? Please see the screenshot below. We need the runtime library to handle MIGO.

Need help on how to do mass delete of documents stored under one project in solman.
The report solman unused document does not help as this gets only the document unused and also it is not specific to the project

Installed Product Instance BOBJE :22 has no association to CR Content
Hi All Inside SAP Solution Manager 7.10 SP12, while using Full Configuration during Service Delivery/EWA for Apache Tomcat Server (Product Version: BOBJE 420, SBOP EXPLORER 42, TOMCAT BY APACHE 8.0) I’m getting the error "Installed Product Instance BOBJE :22 has no association to CR Content".
I’ve consulted the following SAP Note and updated CIM and CR version of Solution Manager 7.10 SP12 system to the latest levels. 669669 - Update of SAP System Component Repository in SLD but with no luck. Any idea how to resolve this issue for BOE 4.2?

Cannot mark any product instance as relevant for diagnostics
Hi All Inside SAP Solution Manager 7.10 SP12, while using Full Configuration during Service Delivery/EWA for Business Objects BI platform 4.2 SP2 (Product Version: SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.2, SBOP EXPLORER 4.2). I’m getting the error 'Cannot mark any product instance as relevant for diagnostics' I tried to use manual assignment of Diagnostics option for relevant Product Instance like Central Management Service and yet received the same error.
I’ve consulted the following SAP Notes related to this and even applied strictly to the mentioned solutions but they are not working.

Technical Monitoring: Filesystem Used Space
We use solution manager 7.1 SP13. We use technical monitoring. I created a custom metric to monitor the file system used space which should
include this filesystem: /oracle/SXX/oraarch AND
exclude this filesystem: /oracle/PXX/oraarch AND
exclude this filesystem: /oracle/QXX/oraarch
I read the Howto Guide conderning this topic carefully but did not understand what is the right syntax (= regular expression) for this case.

Problem connecting a new ECC6 750 EHP8 to SolMan 7.1 sp11
Hi all
I'm facing a problem in connecting a brand new SAP ECC6 EHP8 to my Solution Manager 7.1 SP11.
I can't run the 2nd and 3rd step correctly. The error that you see in the 1st step is a test, normally is green
Do you know if there are some incompatibilities between SolMan 7.1 sp11 and ERP6 EHP8? I've connected this week another SAP System but EHP4 without problems.
