Hi Friends,

 

 

When I execute the key figure variant i got the below error for the selected time frame. But its working when i choose the older dates as time frame.

 

No data found matching the given filter criteria for selected analysis type for the given time frame.

 

Please refer the attachment for more clarifications and suggest to fix the same.

I am currently working on Solution Manager 7.1 SP 14 upgrade and I am stuck with SPAM in IMPORT_Proper Phase with the below logs:

Technical monitoring- Setup Status Coming RED

Hi,

 

For my Particular SID Setup Status is coming RED particularly for Instaces :

 

tried : Reassigning the Default- Didn't Worked

         Remove monitoring And Assign then Also Didn't Worked.

         Re Sync LMDB and MSC Then also didn't worked.

MPT>100%, processing delay should be filled automatically

Hello,

 

In incident management If MPT exceeds 100%, then processing delay in text field should be filled automatically as 'processing is delayed because MPT has been exceeded'.

 

Could someone help me with a step-by-step guide to having this work?

We are receiving this alert after support pack upgrade in our Solman system. The managed object is Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure.

Hi Guru's,

 

We have installed Wily Introscope in our Solution Manager Landscape and it was running successfully till now.

But one of Drive Disk space of Server on which Wily Introscope is installed had no space left at all. Due to which the Wily Introscope got shut down. PFB screenshots of logs specifying this details.

We have now created some free space in Solution Manager Drive.

 

But now when we are trying to restart/start the Wily Introscope we get below message.

I have found one note for action for above error, and it has been applied to but still we have the same issue.

Based on above note, Settings were changed and below users are all assigned to E:\usr\sap\CCMS\apmintroscope and the files they have mentioned in the note.

Also there is note which suggests to set the UAC setting to Never Notify, we cannot change this setting.

Can anyone please do the needful.

What does the EEM status "stop" actually mean?

Hello,

 

I have noticed that some of our EEM scripts, once loaded on the robot, have a status "Script execution stopped" in the dashboard.

 

Since it is an Error 104, I could say that's similar to a 104 Java code "Uncaught exception" (which does not help much).

 

Is anyone able to help us fixing this error, or at least understanding the status? The scripts have been built the same way as others.


Multiple role config keys in one Business role

Hello,

 

Scenario: Need to configure ITSM (Incident Management) for 2 separate products (ECC support and Mobile apps support). So created two transaction types ZMIN and ZFIN with different set of UI-screen fields. When user tries to create any incident, the system prompts for ZMIN of ZFIN.

 

Our requirement: During incident creation, the system should display the screen/fields that are configured for the chosen transaction type. We don't want to make the user choose a business role when he log-in. In other words the role-config key (UI screens) should dynamically get chosen based on the transaction type selected while creating the incident.

 

I have created two business roles for the ZMIN and ZFIN with respective role-config key. The screens and workflows are working absolutely fine when tested individually.

 

How do i go about achieving this objective. We are on Solution Manager 7.1 SPS 12.

Automatically change message processor field in ITSM

Hello, experts!

 

Is it possible to automatically change the field message processor when I select a specific status in ITSM?

I'd like to automatically set the message processor with the same value of field notifier when the status "Proposed solution" is chosen.

 

Note: I have active organizational units and support teams set in PPOMA_CRM, which means that the field support team should also be refreshed when the message processor is changed.

 

Any help is appreciated.

SUM failed in Step Extraction 5.2 wrong password for user SYSTEM

Hello together,

we want to upgrade our SOLUTION-Manager (7.1) with a SupportPackageStack. After starting the SUM(Version 14 Patchevel 10) the upgrade stopped in step:

5.2 Extraction  - Required System Passwords   DDIC and DB user SYSTEM

Error message:

ERROR: Password for 'SYSTEM' does not work, please reenter.

 

The Password is not wrong .  I've checked the Connection before on the DATABASE-Server under SQLplus.  conn SYSTEM works fine.

I've changed the Password with :  alter user SYSTEM identified by <Password>;

Connection is possible  with the new Password, but SUM failed.

 

So what's the Problem. Has anyone an idea?

Mopz Error type CX_SY_MOVE_CAST_ERROR occurred

Dear All,

 

We are trying to download stack file through Maintenance Optimizer and we are getting below Error Message in steps Select Files of Mopz

 

An exception with type CX_SY_MOVE_CAST_ERROR occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in raising clause.

 

We are using Solution Manager 7.1 SP12

 

and trying to download Stack 16 for SAP ERP 6.0 system.

 

Kindly let me know if you solution for above issue.

Maintenance Planner Issue - Migrate System to S/4 HANA

Hi guys


While executing Maintenance Planner and Planning a conversion to S/4 HANA, Im getting the following message.

I have proceeded to Download Note 2186164 to Solution Manager system, but is still complaining note is not up to date?

Is there a way to force Maintenance Planner to check that note is already applied? This tool is mandatory for planning a Migration to S/4HANA but its full of errors and wrong information regarding systems.

 

Another error is that MP shows software components in Initial Stack, when in LMDB shows the proper SP Level.

 

Is there an explanation to this and how to properly sync data between MP and LMDB?

 

On the Configuration Guide it mentions to upload an XML, but couldnt find any way to do it.

Event after uploading Data from LMDB Screen, Im unable to proceed to the software calculation.

 

Any help in how to overcome these issues with MP?

Hi all,

 

I have an issue with the solution manager upgrade phase, Java component not moved to SLD. After executing of RZ70 t code rfc call sucess and in SLD only abap system there. Nothing found in the java system. I have checked sldcheck transaction gives some error.

What is the difference between BFP and BSR and TQC ?

hi,

 

I am new to SAP and have learned about Business Scenario Recommandation, Business Function Prediction and Technical Quality Check. So far I have understand that :

BFP = analyse enhancement packages and tells us what could be of use to us

BSR = analyse our current SAP system and gives us recommandation on what to optimize (transaction or streams)

TQC = analyse technical performance of the system and gives technical recommandation (upgrade RAM, disk sstorage...)

 

Is there more to that, did I get it right ?

Hi Expert,

 

I am doing charm configuration and stuck while activating project. When I am click check tab in solar_project_admin system through error "Check TMS Domains" and "System overview of  project *** ".PFA, screenshot.

 

I have create landscape test environment with same system with different client like PEC500 -> PEC700 ->PEC810. Please let me know if this type scenario is not possible with charm. PFA, domain configuration screenshot. I am using functionality of  Harmonizing RFC as my version is 7.1 SP12.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Incident: Priority mapping for SAP OSS

Hello everyone,

 

we are using SAP solman 7.1 with two instead of the typical three priorities.

 

Standard priorities are:

 

  1. Very high
  2. High
  3. Medium
  4. Low

 

After customizing we are using:

 

  1. High
  2. Normal

 

When forwarding an incident with a (for us) normal priority, the OSS is created with the standard SAP priority "High". So I need to do some mapping of the priority values? Is there a setting in customizing or BAdI which can be used to achieve this?
