We started configuration of our managed systems yesterday. But we have an issue with SapHost Agent. In smd/AgentAdmin SAP Host Agent we have warning with message Host Agent Version cannot be checked. If we start Agent Log Viewer the message is Could not connect to the host agent, Cannot establish the connection to SAP Host agent webservice. We checked NOTE 1862333 but everything seems all right. Downward you can see Agent Error Monitoring log.
We are running the latest version of Host Agent. Version of our diagnostic agent is 7.10.14.

In solman_workcenter> Solution manager administration> Solutions I can see only information last changed on, but I would like to have more information.
We have faced with different issues after SP14 update such as wrong SLA calculation, missing icons in ITSM BSP, but the most annoying for us is confirmation of receipt.

We are using a normal change for 3 Tier system landscape. There is a customized partner function as "Q&R", who supposed to receive mail when the status of the CD is in "In Q&R Review". But he is receiving mail for all the status changes which is irrelevant to him.
I have checked the Action definition of "Q&R mail sending" and in the start condition i can the only required status is maintained. Not sure why he is suddenly started receiving mails for all status changes. I do checked the Processing Log under the particular CD, where i can see the "Execute Actions" as "Sending Email for Q&R approval" after every status change.

I am installing Solution Manager 7.1 SP14 (a complete new Setup). Post-installation, while doing SP14 upgrade, I am now stuck with error in SAINT transaction during add- on installation.
Our Solution Manager system is on Solution Manager 7.1 SPS 14. We have configured ITSM Scenario Incident Management and we have
configured Emails Notifications to different stakeholders.But, unfortunately, when Email Notifications are triggered it prompts
for Read receipts. We use Microsoft Outlook for Emails. We have done required configuration in SCOT to disable "Read receipts" in Email
Notification but the issue is still occurring.Can you please suggest what other configuration potentially needs to be done to disable "Read Receipt" in Emails.
I have a "normal change" with the state "in developement".
I add to change document an external transport request. Everything ok, but in the managed system the new TR is ready for import into test system and the normal change is still "in developement".
The expected behavior is that this happens after you set the action "pass normal change to test."
This failure creates many problems because we have a scheduled JOB that import the TR into test system.
We are receiving the following error while creating the Read RFC in solution manager by using LMDB.

SISE_CONF332 Diagnosis No ABAP CENTRAL nor DIALOG instance known for system. Procedure Maintain the managed system in SLD and check the data in LMDB. ----------------------------------------------------------------- The required screen shots are attached.
Hence we are unable to complete RFC connection and stuck in the creation of Stack.xml for SAP upgrade.
