Although its a warning ,how can i get rid of it?
these are the product instances and versions assigned .

We are planning for EHP upgrade,to list out the impact business process we are planning to implement BPCA.
I am trying to run BPCA in the system RS1,i selected EHP option in step 1 and in the step 3 i could not see any recommended support packages under support package name.
Am i missing some thing? could someone guide me.
Do i need to run TBOM before BPCA?
Could someone share document if you have any for configuring BPCA.
HI Experts,
Managed system has been configured for a BO clustered server, two nodes.
Managed setup for EWA has been completed with green status.
I have also created a solution and assigned the logical component and scheduled the EWA generation.
However when I got o Root cause analysis tab and try to view the system under End-to-End -Analysis, it does not exist.
Has anyone seen this issue before?

We have configured the PI monitoring in solution manager 7.1 for our PO managed system which is also our SLD system for testing environment. We found that messages are not being updated in interface monitoring though they are processed in managed system.
FYI, our solution manager is connected to PX1 (Central SLD) and all other SLD’s PY1, PZ1 are connected to PX1 only.
Please help us to resolve the issue.

I'm trying to generate the XML file to upgrade our Solman 7.01 to 7.1 but unfortunately I'm getting this error:
If i check on the system status, Solman is still in 7.01:
Could be possible that someone tried to upgrade this system before but it wasn't finished and that's why system is showing this error? If this is the case, is there a way to reset it?

Maybe you all faced this issue several time after change in logical component for existing change documents (i.e. change documents having old landscape).
Here, I am getting error as 'Error getting RFC Destination for logical system G1D 110' even though change document is in 'Completed' (Final Status). According to me this error is getting because there are changes in logical component and now system is unable to find G1D 110 since it is replaced with another client G1D 800.
I want to remove this error from change document as per requirement from business. Does anyone know any report/ configuration from where this error can be stopped poping up for 'Completed Status'.

Hi experts,
I want to setup the transport management in Solman CRM.
For this I need to have a SLD and LMDB in place which is correct.
However, at the moment the SLD is on Solman Productive and not in dev.
And as far as I know, I can only send to one SLD system.
So is there a way to synchronize the SLD/LMDB and other things from productive Solman to Dev-Solman?
Or can I just change the SLD in SolmanSetup of dev-system to the one of productive system?

I've installed Solution Manager 7.1 and then used SUM to upgrade it to sp14. I'm not running through the System Preparation phase and I'm stuck on section 6.2 (Set Up LMDB). Under the "Synchronization Connections between SLD and LMDB" section, I click the "Add" button and enter a description. The "Source URL" drop-down selection already has the SLD I setup in 6.1 and it automatically selects user LMDBSYNCUSER but at the top of the pop-out window, it gives me "! HTTP status: 403 Forbidden" and I can't select anything for the "Source Namespace" or continue any further.
Originally I was logged in as myself which has SAP_ALL when running SOLMAN_SETUP but this morning I saw an old instructional video saying to log into SOLMAN as the SOLMAN_ADMIN user. That hasn't fixed the 403 error. I can't find anything mentioning this in any of the SAP documentation or SAP notes so any recommendations or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

we are on Solution Manager 7.1 SP12
We are using cCTS to be able to benefit from downgrade protection and cross system locking.
This happens if I import from the cluster or the system section of the task list (no difference).
So far everything is working fine apart from the transport release. When I run the import from the Task list (no matter if it is the QA, Pre-PRD or PRD system), then I get a green light, but no transports are imported. I can see on the status bar that the right transports are selected for import, the protocol tells me that import started. See screenshot below.
We already implemented SAP note 1830640 for all clients to make sure that there are no authorization issues.
When I set up the import job for later processing and run it in debugging, then it get stuck at the place where it tries to read the variant from the smscmaid table, but I am unsure if that is debugging related or a real issue.
At the moment the only way to get the transports moved is to activate and import them manually from stms. This cannot be the solution for us for the productive environment.
Did anyone have a similar problem and overcame it?

I am having an issue with the Self-diagnosis part of the "SAP Solution Manager Administration" work center. It is saying I have a failed extractor using the message below.
Although necessary, extractor E2E_ALM_EXTRACTOR for system SO1 was not started by 23.08.2013 11:33:38
But when I go into my extractor framework I can see that the extractor is running with a successful return code.
Is there a reason why the self diagnosis still says the extractor is failing? Or does it have something to do with the date of 23.08.2013 in the error message? I can believe that the extractor wasn't working back then but if that is the problem I'm not sure how I can resolve it. Is there a way to change that date or just have it look at the currently running extractor status?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Everyone,
We had a very weird false alert yesterday, and have to say, this is the first time I came across such a false alert. Solution Manager raised an alert (warning) for a particular system specifically "Number of Short Dumps on instance".
So, I went ahead and checked the system in question only to find that there were no dumps at all. Has anyone come across such a false alert? Any resolution?
We are currently on SolMan 7.1 SP14.
On a side note, I can't seem to attach images to messages (such as this) anymore. Is this correct?

Hi Experts,
I have configured system Monitoring for one of the ABAP system, But there are few metrics which are grey and shows below error in metric troubleshooting.
No measured values have been reported by Data Provider
No measured values were ever calculated
Can anyone please suggest me with solution for this issue.
