Version Incorrect

Dear,

 

According to first picture, I need to download the latest version to match the version mentioned in this table.

However, from the 2nd and 3rd pictures, I don't find any file that correspond with requirement in first picture.

I've downloaded 'lib_dbsl_520-10011372.SAR', 'R3trans_610-10011367.SAR', and 'tp_612-10011367.SAR'.

I also placed them into the path the error message shows, but it still shows the same error like first picture.

We are going live with our solman implementation, we have implemented ChaRM, Incident Management & Problem Management in our landscape.

 

We have some confusion in finalizing the tcodes that we need to have in our production environment.

 

Appreciate your help if you can help us in finalizing the list of t-codes that we require to manage our solman system ?

 

Note: There is a separate team which takes care of BASIS activities.

Good Day Experts

Please can I get some assistance

I have a scenario as follows :

one Idoc Type

if in error 51 and

status msg ID = 00 and

status msg number = 348

then I want to send to a specific email

 

however

if an error 51 occurs for the same idoc TYPe  but the

status msg ID is NOT equal to 00 and

status msg number IS NOT equal to 348

then I want the email sent to a different email address

 

it seems that the logic is only executing the first condition and using the email of the first condition

does anyone have any suggestions

SoDocA Solution document assistant - digital signature error

Greeting,    I am looking for some assistance on why SolDocA is looking for a digital signature when creating an analysis

 

I am working on getting Solution Document Assistant working and have encountered an unexpected error in my Analysis log

The error reads " Error in digital signature"    The error can also be seen in the Application log.

 

No additional information is available to continue my investigation.  I have reviewed many documents and searched but have failed to find any hint to why SolDocA is looking for a digital signature and where . 

 

The extra interesting part is we are not using digital signatures (nor are they configured)

 

Has anyone seen this issue and/or give guidance on where to look

Below are the status where QA team will be  involved

 

QA-To be Tested

QA -Tested QA

QA-Confirmed

 

 

 

1.When every it goes to QA for approval-  it  should have all the below  option/status for  QA  and requester/message processor

 

 

Submit a document - QA

Documented submitted-Requester

Under review  a document-QA

1st round Re-send for changes-QA

Changes completed-Requester-Requester

2nd round re-send for changes-QA

Approved-QA

Hold-QA

Canceled -Change document- QA

 

2.Reasons for Return- for example it should have a drop down  with  values "Need more information" or "Incomplete documents" or "Need  FS" " In progress " And so on..(This  need to link to above status)

 

Example -"Documented submitted"  - than Reasons for Return - " In progress "

 

3.And also its required to record the time when every its changes the status

 

 

4. Email should trigger, when status is changed from Submit a document to  Documented submitted

Hello forum,

 

I don't remember now what was my last post or answers that I did, but that forum is one of my favorites and useful to find relevant information about solution manager, one of the last changes was the left categories classification that allow us to filter the information and help to find quickly a related problem.

 

That week working in a project with a solman friend Raquel Pereira da Cunha we discuss about that always is need to add a few abap code in each solman projects, so the crm forums where SAP colleagues from CRM talk about CRMWEBUI is also a must read for solman consultants, SAP CRM: Webclient UI - Framework  . SAP always told us that with solman out of the box you do't need any abap code, but customers are customers...

Org unit should not be determined in search

Hi All,

 

 

we need to restrict a org unit from determination while searching for a support team using Organizational unit in ITSM ticket.

 

 

We don't want to delete this unused org unit and want to use it for future. we also loose data if we are going to delete this org unit from the structure.

 

 

Is there anyway to stop the org unit from appearing in the search for support team based on org model.

 

Please help me to find a way out.

Issue with CBTA recording/execution for Purchase order Header and Item detail expansion

Hello,

 

We are facing lot of issue with CBTA recording/execution for Purchase order Header and Item detail expansion.

We had try to cover randon behaviour of header and Item detail ( sometime need to expand and some time collapse) with the help of Default component "CBTA_GUI_A_PRESSKEY"

Here we are using URI as :" label=DYN_4000-BUTTON; type=GuiButton; id=/app/con[1]/ses[0]/wnd[0]/usr/subSUB0:SAPLMEGUI:0019/subSUB1:SAPLMEVIEWS:1100/subSUB1:SAPLMEVIEWS:4000/btnDYN_4000-BUTTON"

And KEY as  : Ctrl+F2.

 

But we are not able to expand the Header detail tab.

Technical Monitoring - can't get rid of a system!!

Dear Experts,

 

we have made a system copy of our BW development system. The old system(s) - ABAP and Java

have been stopped. I have deactivated the Technical Monitoring for them in solman_setup.

BUT - we are still being spammed !!! The system(s) which has been shut down, produces errors in

SM21 of the Solution Manager:

 

Database error 1034 at CON

> con=2(<hostname>:1522/<SID>): ORA-01034: ORACLE not

> available#ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not

> exist#Solaris-AMD64 Error: 2: No such file or directory

And then we are getting the following e-mails:

Execution of SAP TAO automated scripts is very slow

Hi,

 

 

We are creating new scripts using SAP TAO on a remote server. We are able create, update and upload the Test script into ALM successfully.

However, the execution time of these scripts is very high (~5-6 times more) than normal.

 

SAP TAO version: 3.0.6, ALM: 12.01 and UFT is 12.02.

I need to be able to export documents from SOLAR01 and SOLAR02 into flat files of accessible format(not the xml / structure / transport mode). Does anyone know how we can export all documents under org units, master data,business and interface scenarios without missing even a single document via a report or any other other method please.

Hi guys,

After new installation of Solution Manager 7.1 I am using SUM to install all components and solution packages required is step Check Software Prerequisites in System Preperation of SAP Solution Manager Configuration.

 

In SUM I was able to get to phase: 5.5: Preprocessing, but now I get error:

 

Severe error(s) occurred in phase MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHD2_RUN/RUN_RSGEN!

Last error code set: No entry with key '18575400/RSGEN_GENER8_SHADOW

In fact there was a problem with background job RSGEN_GENER8_SHADOW, but I have started it manually again and it finished correctly.

 

 

What I have already done:

1. Restarted SUM

2. Restarted shadow instance

3. Restarted main instance

4. I have tried to debug it but with no result.

 

Can You guys help me out somehow?

How to add AISUSER into SU01 user

Hi Experts,

 

We have a new employee join our company. I see his Sid has been added into the AISUSER list but I am not able to find him on SU01 user list?

 

Isn't  this process is automated? Once you have any user added into the AISUSER, the job which is connected to SAP should create the new user?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Access Requirement for only( System Recommendations under Change management

Idea is for the teams to look only the system recommendations.

 

I am not able to find the standard role.

System Monitoring - DB Utilization Graphs

Hi Guys

 

 

When checking DB Utilization graphs in System Reporting, the bar graphs seems to be incorrect

 

DB is SQL Server 2012

 

 

Actual Data from DBACOCKPIT is:

 

Allocated database size is 239.429 MB

Total space utilized by SAPDATA 324.116 MB

Free Space: 84.687

 

Free Space in Filesystem 50GB

Below see data extracted from System Monitoring in Solution Manager

 

Occupied Memory seems pretty accurate.

 

Then it says 336GB free and 113 GB free Filesystem

And then the bar graphs, seems to sum all items = 243GB + 336 GB Free + 113 GB (Filesystem Free) for a grand total of 700 GB aprox when the total size of Filesystem is just 400GB

Is there a way to fix this inaccurate data?


solman 7.1 sp12->incident management->e-mail configuration

Hi experts, we have a running solman SP12 configured for VAR scenario, we have been using it for incident management, however, we have not working the mail sending feature. We did the configuration using: "Application Incident Management –Configuration and Upgrade Guide for Service Provider / SAP Channel Partner (VAR) " but theres no anything about mail sending.

 

When we go to an incident and then More->Send E-Mail->Send , we get the message:"No e-mail adress in your user master record; E-mail will not be sent", however if i check in SU01 and BP transactions,my system users and business partners(related to this users) all have e-mail adress.

Another strange thing is that , in the mail screen, if i select more->from  , i get an empty list

And also, when listing the contact persons for a ticket, the email is empty,however all su01 and business partners, have e-mail assigned:

Does anybody has some tips for configuring e-mail(and make e-mail adresses appear in the incident management screens)?

Single host ERP and Solman system

Hello Everyone,

 

We have one solution manager system and one ERP system installed in a single host. Now we have to do managed system configuration for ERP system. Now the question is do I have to install one Diagnostic agent on the same host or two diagnostic agent on the same host?

Also is it possible to use Agent on fly concept here.

Unable to active monitoring objects for some of the connected systems

Hello community,

 

unfortunately I am having trouble activating the Technical Monitoring for two databases.

Activation was successful for several other systems, it seems that the trouble is only for the databases.

 

Does anyone have an idea how to proceed?

I've attached two screenshots showing the error.

Extention of BEX queries/Intreractive Reporting with BO

does some one of you already worked with BO tools in order to extent standard Interactive Reporting (BEX queries)?

Of great interest is the experience with Crystal Reports for extention of Interactive Reporting for e.g. daily/weekly reporting.
