I am trying to generate a stack for our ERP 6.0 EHP7 stack update from SPS05 to SPS09, and MOPZ throws error 'Requested Attribute Change Package 'MDG_FND===747' not deliverable.'.
This error occurs on step 2.5 (Select Stack-independent files).
How do i correct this error?

Dear Experts,
We have configured "BPMon MAI-Interface Channel Monitoring" for Inbound IDocs monitoring.
We are using "Segment Filtering Filed Name1" and "Segment Field Value1" to filter based "E1J3XYI-WERKS" certain plant value (Group-by flag set).
The purpose is to get graphs for plant-wise data for different regions across globe.
Problem details:
1. The "Synchronous data collection" schedule only is collecting 'Segment filter Field1/value1" data and showing plant-wise on dashboard.
2. The "Asynchronous data collection" monitoring object with similar "Segment filter field1/value1" is not collecting plant-wise data but showing total/aggregate only.
3. Also the data retrieval is happening only at the time of activation of "Monitoring Objects". After that data is not getting retrieved in BW Info cube. But the "Business Process Operations (New)", the respective "Business Process Steps' " alerts are updated with data as per configured schedule. The trend chart in their shows the data that is exactly matching with the managed systems.
4. There is no option to edit Legend/Labels for the charts. ( when we use "Monitoring Object ID" and "Plant wise" filtering, the Label and Legend is displayed with weird description ( eg.."IDoc 1 to 10 days(IDOC):Interface Name-unspecified MO-<SID>ABAP"). When we raised SAP Incident, their response is standard like "This is working as designed".
PS: We have raised several SAP Incidents with SAP to address the above issues for a fix in the past 4 months. But every time their response is like, update this latest note/latest version, this and that note. But no expert resolution or fix as of now.
Please advise if you had come across such scenarios/issues for a fix.

I have a question about Defect Corrections(SMTM / ZMTM). First, here is some background. We are on SolMan 7.1 SP13. We have a 4-tier landscape (Dev-Quality-Staging-Production). We use a background job to import the transport to the Quality system and we use the tasklist directly to import to Staging.
I found that the status of the transport is not checked in the ZMTM consistency checks to confirm that the import was processed to Quality and Staging systems. This is a standard consistency check for SMMJ but not for SMTM. My question to the experts is how are you handing this scenario? Did you code a custom check in a BADI to check the transport status? Or did you reuse the SMMJ checks, if so how?

Hi ,
We have a non production Solman system R40. It is running on 4 app servers: apr4018, apr4019,apr4022 and apr4023. When I checked in Wily, the nodes SAP Netweaver is missing for the target managed host in the Introscope Investigator (Workstation or webview) only for server 18 & 22.
This cannot be due to BCA installation in managed system configuration although its showing needs to be updated.Because for other two servers nodes are showing in Wily. Can someone help me in this to fix the issue?

I am using Defect Correction (SMTM) when Test failes due to some config error. But I want to allow defect correction creation only as a follow-up document from Incident(SMIN).
How can I make sure that Defect Correction are only allowed as followup document from Incident.
Currently it allows me to create Defect correction directly without refernce to Incident.

I'm posting a generic question about if there is ability to make a BO Universe (via IDT) to connect to the Solution Manager that is monitoring everything in the SAP workspace. I realize that theoretically, this is possible, but are there any pitfalls to be aware of when designing to this? Should an Infoset be built to connect to Solman, or what would be the best practice on this approach?

We have a requirement of developping some Dashboards/Crystal/BW/Lumira Reports content to run directly at SOLMAN, without installing other system at the system enterprise architecture. The intention is to analyze some high level KPIs that are generated at SOLMAN and there is no more servers available for installing a new BO or BW environment.
I know that we can publish Crystal Reports on ECC and Publish Dashboards/Crystal Reports directly at BW through SAP Portal. I've also read that it is possible to have a BW with Business Content on SOLMAN, although I've never seen it and can't confirm.
Is it possible to have an system landscape that at the same SOLMAN server could be saved/published some BI reports for high level SOLMAN KPI?
Does SOLMAN have SAP Portal integrated like BW/ECC?

I have a question regarding the structure update for Solar01/02.
We use a template project for the generation of our implementation projects.
Now we updated the template structure (and content) due to some new requests. How can I update the structure in the already generated implementation projects? I am able to use the 'Compare project' functionality to update contents etc., but that is only working for the already existing structure. The new structure from the template is not flagged or displayed.
Let me show you the problem a little bit more detailed.
The template project was for example updated with the process 14:
Within the already generated and used implementation project this process was not yet available. Now we want to update the implementation project with the new processes.
When I open the implementation project in solar_project_admin I expected to find the new processes in the scope tab. But it is not displayed there and thus cannot be used:
Question: What do I need to do, to update the implementation project structure with the new processes from the template? And where can it be done?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

I have upgraded new installed solman to last SP. Solman started to work very slow after upgrade and the oracle DB folder /oracle/DBI/oraarch became huge.
Is there any post upgrade steps, that I must do.

We're implementing the ITSM scenario on SolMan 7.1. I've followed the excellent wiki and I now get the e-mails in the inbound e-mail inbox of my Dispatcher role. However, there's no function to create an incident as a follow-up to the e-mail. I haven't seen this scenario working, so I don't know exactly what it should look like. If anybody finds a good YouTube link, I'd be happy to see it.
Anyway, I'd expect a button Create Incident or similar. There's none (see picture below). The Create functions seen in the left-hand side don't count, as they don't relate to the e-mail I've opened. I want the incident to pick up data, like sender, header, dates, from the e-mail.
Everything should be quite standard. As the wiki says,
By using the inbound e-mail inbox, service desk employees are able to create an incident or service request from an e-mail with a single click.
Now, where should I do this 'single click'?
How can I create an incident from an incoming e-mail?
I don't see the function. Also, I can't find the config spot where we define what transactions can be created out of the e-mail. Something like a PPF definition for the incoming e-mail.

Dear SAP-colleagues,
we as SAP-partner are using a SMIS-derivate as transaction type to recieve incidents by our solution manager system sent from our customers.
However, on one software component (where SAP as reseller is the 1st level support) we have a need to recieve also the SAP-internal support text scheme for a more efficient support in favor of the customer.
When looking through SM30-table "AIC_MAP_TXT_SAP" I see text type 04 'Internal memo' mapped on SU04 'internal note' defined as incoming text type but nothing further to recieve SAP internal notes/memos which is I guess is quite expectable. 
I am aware that this is probably an unsolvable question since internal memos are quite sensitive data but you never know so:
Is there any solution available for this circumstance (reduced on one SAP component, of course)?
