SOAP Adapter Error :: java.net.BindException

Hi All,

Getting below error in AE

Error Delivery of the message to the application using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: Address already in use: java.net.BindException: Address already in use.

Any pointers on the resolution of the same

SAP PI 7.0 is being used
