Correct configuration for AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP?

Hello everybody,

I just wanted to know what is the correct configuration for the report AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP so that it updates the messages send to SAP.

As mentioned in SAP Note1516780 and in SOLMAN_SETUP, I have a job that executes this report with the user SOLMAN_BTC.

We are VAR, so we have many different customer numbers.

Does the report checks if in AISUSER are entries like:

User                    |     SAP customer number      |       S-User

SOLMAN_BTC           123456 (customer x)             987654 (s-user of customer 123456)

If so, do I need for each customer a single separate entry connected to SOLMAN_BTC?

What authorization do the s-user needs?
