TR mentioned in BC set is changing after getting out of the solman Project

Hi team ,

While trying to enter BC SET entry in configuration TAB in the BPS of a project , its picking different TR number while we get out of the BPS.

EX

Add-On Transport Request         ZECC SID_010 SID1_010                SID1K900592      S 5000013650:                                              

BC Set                           ZECC SID_010 SID1_010        Y_MM060_D180               SID2K9A00DQ     Not Yet Activated

Initially this is picking correct TR SID1K900592      but when we come out of that TR is changing to SID2K9A00DQ (different DEV system TR)

which is strange. Please let me know what might be the issue.
