Hi ,
I configure a BRF+ function to determine support team requirement based on the Category 1 selected, also enabled the function in the ZMIN_STD action profile which determines the support team(ZMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT).
When I simulate the BRF function , the result is shown as expected. However on the Incident management screen this is not getting defaulted on the support team. Could you please suggest what am I missing to get this working.
