Hi Gurus,
I am new to ITSM & ChaRM. We are facing one issue in urgent change request. When change request is completed the corresponding incident status must be set to Confirmed automaticcally but it is giving error as "Error due to Status profile customizing or authority".
I checked the B_USERSTAT is having full access. Normal change request is fine and incident sets to Confirmed as normal change request is completed.
Can you please point me to right direction where to check this ?
I have checked lot of post but unable to identify correct one.
