Hi experts,
We are using incident management. Details: we have Solman 7.1 SP10 - and we use CRM_UI service desk, so we don't use the workcenter anymore.
We are wondering if it is possible to:
- deactivate the time-out in the CRM_UI because after 5 minutes we lose our session and we have to login over and over again...
- insert some kind of automatic refresh of this startpage so we do not have to refresh it. In the workcenter, this was a standard feature...
