Hi All,
Because my host operating system version is CentOS 7.
After I install DA, I check host's detail in LMDB and found the operating system version can not be auto discovery.
I have already try to maintain those related parameters manually, but I didn't work.
Did anyone know how to deal with this case?

I have create Z copy from standard Reqest For change (SMCR to ZMCR) and it has standard action profile for email event.
No email triggered to change manager and requested for status change. Can anyone help us to find the solution for the same.

We have activated Technical Monitoring functionalities in Solution Manager 7.1, we want Incident of Technical Monitoring to be created in Solution Manager 4.0.

We have enabled Technical Monitoring functionality in our Solution Manager 7.1 system which is on SP11.
The Email Notification Subject contains the Alert Group description to which it belongs to. But we want to change Alert Description that comes in subject line of Email Notification. Also we want to change the email description. Can anyone please help me in achieving above changes for email notification.

I have been using CBTA for quite a long time and have executed many scripts using CBTA scheduler option.
I did not find an option to schedule multiple test packages which should run one after the other for same user and on same test machine(Computer).
Scenario can be-->
1. I have test packages like TestPack1, TestPack2, TestPack3
2. I want to schedule them in such a way that they should start execution during night time in my absence and it should be in sequence one after another like "TestPack1-->TestPack2-->TestPack3"
3. These test packages are assigned to same user and he needs to execute them on same machine.
I know we can Sequence the test cases in test packages but can not sequence test packages.
Work Around I know -->
1. We can schedule the individual test package on different computer. So multiple test packages will be executed simultaneously.
2. If I know exact timing for execution for each Test Package then I can schedule each test package after that time interval by adding some buffer time.
But this is not a polished solution.
If anyone has already scheduled CBTA Test Packages as i need (explained above), any information shared will be appreciated.

In terms of licensing - the right to install and use Solution Manager is included in the SAP Support agreement (standard or enterprise). However what if I (hypothetically) want to use SM only as a standalone ITSM tool and have no SAP landscape whatsoever? Is it possible? If so what licenses do I need to buy to accomplish this - users, cores, installations or whatever? I was not able to find this information so far, please help.

I want to add one new repport to WEB UI in Solman 7.1
The standard repport AI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT is fine but I created a new one called ZAI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT, so the problem is:
1.- How can add this new repport to repports section in WEB UI page?
2.- Can I change this parameter for switch from AI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT to ZAI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT?

Hi All, For Configuring the STMS in a landscape, does solution manager is required , For example : let us assume , we have one Dev system, one Quality and the third is prod system, so moving the transports from one system to other , do we require the solution manager or without using the solution manager , we can move the transports. We are facing issue during configuration phase (JAVA Part - Transfer ABAP Usages Information Steps)
The main relevant error is:
Assertion failed for (Usage with name:sap.com/CRM-APPwas not found in target release usages object (property: allUsages)) at com.sap.sdt.util.diag.SDT.check(SDT.java:38).
We are using SUM SP16 Patch 11

I need an opinion about this issue, my level of English is not the best, so I hope you understand. 
We are use Change Request Management in our Company, so we created the custom transaction types (YMCR - YMMJ - YMHF) to manage our changes (RFC - Normal Changes -Urgent Changes).
We create a YMCR with one YMMJ releted transaction. Both transactions was following the flow normally, YMCR was "Being Implemented" status and YMMJ was "Release for production" status.
While the user was waiting until the import of transport request into production system, he change the status of YMCR to "Extend Scope", then he pass to "To Be Approved" (The user has little knowledge on the tool and do this for no reason.). After this the person who mades the import into production pass the YMMJ to "Imported into production", so the YMCR automatically pass to "Implemented". But, like the YMCR had been "To Be Approved" status previusly, the change manager approve the YMCR and pass from "Implemented" status to "Approved" status.
Now, YMCR was "Being implemented" status but we don´t be able to pass to "Implemented" status again. Is there any process, report or any way to set this status again???

I have installed solution manager 7.1 and upgraded to SPS14 and completed post steps. Now when i execute t-code solman_setup the configuration screen appeared, then i selected System Preparation and clicked on Edit tab...the cursor on the screen shows it is processing...it is processing for hours and hours....and finally i realized that nothing is happening. So decided to take help from SCN. I am attaching the screenshots for reference. Your help and solution is highly appreciated.
