Need your help here.
I have implemented BPMon and everything is working fine. I have made solution for sales order creation per day. I have setup monitoring objects as well and I am getting alerts as well.
Now I have created BPO Dashboard. (Sales Order creation per day). I used to create 10 to 15 sales order each day but I in my dashboard I found more than 200 entries each day.
Can you please tell me what exactly the issue is. please find attached screen shot as well.

Hi,
I am having around 40 testplans with 5 test packages on average. On January 1st we are getting a new tester who is supposted to get all test packages.
How can I add all existing test packages to him without doing it manually for every test package?
Is there any chance to do it according to the mass change for the attributes in sm_workcenter?

The above is the default entries, but you can't blank them out. How to know what is to go in here?
I am running Solman 7.1 SPS14.
Thing is it asks this for ALL java systems! I left this at the defaults only to get one of the extractors failing as a result CONFIGURATION (WEB SERVICE).
I can't seem to find anything about these settings.

I have the requirement to analyze PI message size and overall traffic by interfaces using Solution Manager 7.1 SP14.
If I`m right, the System monitoring and Integration monitoring don`t provide any related metrics to be received from agent.
Maybe Data Volume Management has some feature to collect data from PI DB, but I`m not sure.
Could anyone help me is it any way to collect and analyse PI messages size and traffic?

I have created a new project for ChaRM in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN and project check is giving errors mentioned below.Due to errors,unable create a task.
Can you please help in resolving these issues?
1.System canceled RFC destination SM_SIDCLNT500_READ, call TMW_GET_TARGET_SYSTEMS:
a)This RFC connection works fine (both connection and authorization test and do not see any authorization errors for the user used in RFC connection
b)Referred OSS note 1789071 which did not help
2. Error calculating transport track for system SID-500. See application log
a)STMS and transport routes look fine for the satellite system landscape,maintained tp parameters correctly. Also, in LMDB and in SOLAR_ADMIN_PROJECT transaction, no errors on system landscape test and could display transport routes by clicking on "shipping routes".
b) Applied OSS Note 2065388 to see if this can help getting more information on track errors but no luck
c) No additional details found in SLG1
3.No track for project Z_HPR_EHP7 with log. system SID/500
This error seems to be related to mentioned in point 2.

We've been using Busingess Process Monitoring for a while and actually have some business teams relying on the reports (yay! small victories with Solman!!). Unfortunately it's not as robust as we need it to be. With system restarts, the BP monitors often stay off, as if they've been deactivated and then we need to go back and reactivate, usually when a business client notices they haven't received any alerts in a while. Not a good scenario.
Is this something that is unique to our installation? (wouldn't be the first time, we seem to be good at "hmm you'r the only one doing that" responses from SAP).
Case in point - few weeks back something mysteriously took out 1 application server from several of our SAP systems. Solman, ECC, two other systems each lost one app server. We run multiple app servers, so it appeared that the systems were functioning , but Solman lost all technical monitors and the agents would NOT report any system availability stats, and the bpm monitors stopped as well.
We restarted all the systems and TechMonitoring came back online, but the BP Monitors did not restart. And we've had that happen in the past as well. You would think/hope that a system restart would reactivate any running monitors, but apparently this isn't always the case.
Anyone noticed this behaviour? Or am I in a class of 1, again? Almost seems like I need a way to automate a global reactivation of all BPM processes once a month or so.

I am pretty new to solution manager.I have some questions that need somebody can confirm for me.
1.If I only use solution manager to monitor the application level of managed system ,do not monitor operating system and database. Whether or not I do not need install the Diagnostics Agent on managed system.
2.If I have installed the Diagnostics Agent on managed system .whether or not I need restart the managed system?
3.If I connect Diagnostics Agent to solution manager directly by using smdsetup script. I just need restart the Diagnostics Agent,but I don't need restart the whole managed system.Yes?

We are using Solman 7.1 & SP10,
I am not able to set the status "Confirmed" even retrofit was done.
But in Action Tab only one option is there "Start retrofit" no "confirmed"
Error: DetailsNot linked to an active project cycle
The transaction is in a inconsistent status and the transport functions cannot be used to create or distribute transport requests.
- Assign the transaction to a active project cycle
- Make sure the cycle task list is in active status
- Check project configuration by clicking "Check" button manually in transaction SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN under tab "System Landscape" and sub-tab "Change Management".

I need help with the following issue.
I want to compile index for knowledge articles, but I don't see related point working with IC_MANAGER role.
Here is what I see
To resolve the problem I tried to follow TREX guide and also I followed the steps in SPRO for TREX.
But KA still unavailable.
I see that KA entity exists in CRMC_SAF_ADV_CLIENT and in CRMC_SAF_TOOL when I search it in the wizard.
Could anyone help with the issue?

I am configuring abap system in managed system configuration in solution manager and I have some problems. In step 3: Maintain RFCs when I am entering managed system user credentials and test the login, I am receiving the error:
Error during connection to system SID / 001: Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINT' : cmRc=20 thRc=497 Unable to determine host address: ).
How can I troubleshoot this error?

I have created several BPO Dashboards and all are working good. But I am facing issue with one of BPO dashboard.
I have below requirement from Client.
Sales Documents (Created) : Measures the number of Sales Documents created in defined timeframe.
Purpose : " The Sales Documents (Created) key figures measures the number of sales documents created each day based on the selection parameters entered.
Now I am facing issue with Analytical Key. I am getting only below options for category and drilldown.
Can you please advice me which key figures I have to select for Category and drilldown. I want dashboard for sales order created for each day.
Please advice which X-axis and Y-axis I have to select..

We have just performed upgrade of our SAP solution Manager from 7.1
SP10
tp SOLMAN 7.1 SP13 along with Migration from Windows 2008 Server/SQL
server 2008 to Windows 2012 Server/SQL server 2012 platform.
While we are working in the tx- SOLMAN_SETUP on System Preparation
we are getting error in the step "Set Authentication Policy for the
Agents" and the "Configure Web dispatcher" the common error on both
step
is
"SOAP:1.007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 407 : Proxy
Authentication Required")"
We facing this error in multiple places & can't proceed further.

Dear SAP Experts,
I have several questions about extracting data in CCLM. Please help me, is there any suggestion for my problems.
Below is my CCLM overview page.
1. The background jobs for data extractor were ended successfully, but data in CCLM overview still show data of 2 weeks ago. Data selection only available until 03 December while the data extractor background jobs were completed until 25 Dec 15.
2. Only custom code objects shown in CCLM overview while the job has successfully extract method, modification and enhance data from backend.
3. There is no criticality level information for extracted object all of object is classified as N/A criticality level and the criticality extractor job was ended with log below:
Please let me know if you need additional information for further investigation.

As you know in (Z)SOLMANREQ create incident screen, there are guided procedure steps.
How can I delete one or more steps in that view?
And How Can I activate "confirm and send" button in all steps?

The job log :

Rapid content delivery setup is done properly and all the prerequisites are in place.
Automatic download of patches is marked with yes.
The user SOLMAN_BTC is having full authorization.
The same case is with the other job SM : CSU_DOWNLOAD_DELIVERY.
The ST22 abap dump is attached

We are using Solman 7.1 SP13 ITSM in our company. I'm able to determine Support team with BRF Plus ( Support Team Determination via Business Rule Framework plus - SAP IT Service Management on SAP Solution Manager - SCN Wi…)
In the article that I mention above, I can only determine Support Team by the rules. I can create more than one input parameters (component, sold the party etc. ) ant it's working fine.
But I can not determine the Support user as output in that decision table. Because I can only select Support_team in rule set. Is there any way to determine Support User with Support Team? We have a very big support team and want to determine end user.
