In the CRM Web UI mail form, Firstly, I made a mail form as an English in the orginal language.
After that, I translated anoter language like Korean.
And then I log on the system as a Korean language, I tested email action.
Although I translated a language from English to Korean, I got an email notification which was written in english.
I want to get an email which was written in Korean.
How to do it?

In our project landscape, one system is already configure as a "Conversion#1" system role.
So,the requirement is to make that system as a "Sandbox" system and then the option will active in action tab "Transport into Sandbox".
Please guide the pre step as well as post step of this activities.

we've a Problem with the JOB: SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP on our SOLUTIONMANAGER. This Job runs every 2 minutes but twice a day it dumped with the following error:
In the attached file you can see more informations about this DUMP. Does anybody has an solution or an idea to fix this error?

we use SM7.1 with SP13.
in the Analyse-Reports of an alert regarding System-Logs we get a wrong Link under section Analysis Tools:
If we Click on 'Transaction SM21' we get the link for Transaction SICF !
Is there a workaround for that or a bugfix (from my side of view it must be a bug )...

Recently I did the setup for CBTA tool in a Solution Manager 7.1 SP 13, now I am able to record the script using CBTA but at time to run it, the automated script fail with the following error:
ERROR: TAF_Controller.vbs has not been loaded in order to override the ActivateSessionListener method
Code: 800A271D
Source: CBASE Initialization
To try to fix it, we install the notes
2029868 - CBTA - Runtime Library - Fixes & Improvements
2175828 - CBTA - Test Script Execution fails - Library TAF_Controller.vbs has not been loaded
But the error still happening, thanks if you can help me with some ideas to fix it.

Hi Experts,
I have configured Critical Jobs for technical Monitoring . But the status of the Job not displaying in Alert Inbox for the following scenario.
Configured the job in step wise based on ABAP Program, say for eg : if a specified Job is running by using 3 programs, i have configured as step 1 step 2 etc.. If it is a running for ABAP Program not finding any issue while checking in Techmon. But if the Job is pulling external Program it is not displaying the status in Technical Monitoring.
Is anything needs to be added while selecting the External Program step.
Kindly Provide a solution.

we have probelms with our MOPZ regarding Product-/Software-versions.
In MOPZ we get the message, that the verifications-check was not running successfully.
When i run the Check in LMDB, the traffic-light is green and everything is okay:
If i run the verification-check in the workcenter (sm_workcenter -> Solution Manager Administration -> Landscape -> Product-Systems) i get a red alert with no details.
I think that this is the reason for the message in MOPZ.
Where can i find details about the check in workcenter ?
Where is the difference between these checks ?
Any suggestions ?

Screen components are linked to the system and client, and default components are not.
But what are the advantages and disadvantages of using the one or the other ?

we have come across a strange issue when trying to open two excel files from solar02 in solman stored under different tabs.
Not sure if this is a bug or anyone else has faced it.
When excel is stored under Development tab, first excel file opens correctly; however when we open the second excel file it opens in a strange way (blank screen or scribbled letters)
However, the same works correctly when the files are maintained under other tabs (ex: under General Documentation or Proj Documentation)
Can anyone please give your inputs on this if you have faced anything similar to this.

I have configured solman to use ZMIN as default transaction type in table DNOC_USERCFG, so all new incidents created are using it.
The new requirement is the following:
I want incidents that are coming from a specific SAP system to use another transaction type, for example YMIN, but all other systems and the solman itself should remain using ZMIN.
Is there any way to achieve this?

While recording the test script I have added the checkpoint in the tcode MMBE and used the checkpoint in the storage value and this checkpoint is not working while replaying the test script. This is not making the script to be failed also it passes the script and it would be helpful if somebody knows wat to do here.

I am trying to figure out how to get SLA times shown in my Mails from Service Desk.
lets take an example.
I have customer with the following SLA values:
Priority 1
IRT 1 hour
MPT 4 hours.
I then have the standard setting of Warning at 80% and Escalation at 100%.
So after 48 minutes is the IRT warning activated and after 1 hour is the IRT Escalation mail activated.
So in the example is the Incident created at 9 AM, which means that the IRT warning should be tricked at 9.48.
So far so good.
The problem is then that I would like to include the SLA times in my mail to the dispatcher.
So in the mail do I need to show the times like this
SLA IRT Exceed at 10 AM.
As we have 25+ different customers with each 2 different SLA's for Incidents and Change Request, can I not just calculate it from the Creation time, so any good ideas on how to get the SMARTFORMS to show the SLA times, for when the IRT runs out and MPT runs out?
