As per EWA reports the database growth and free space statistics are not visible from the month April. Earlier we used to get these data in EWA report. Statistics are not available for Solution Manger and as well as Managed systems. Can anybody suggest

I'm setting up a new project in solution manager for an upgrade.
However, in my roadmap selection tab, there's no roadmap for CRM 7.0 EhP3 (or even EhP2).
Is this just not available or can/should I update this list?

i have checked windwos log error showing 
We have one particular monitor that won't return any value, consistently gray.
Monitoring scenario is Shopping Cart/PPO process - we have cases where Shopping carts fail to create purchase orders in our ECC system.
We can see the errors, and have created a monitor with a threshold of '1" just to try to trigger the alert.
Process being monitored is PURORD006, monitor object is boppocol
Configuration is generated and activated, there are no errors in SLG1. Monitor runs every 5 minutes. There are no config errors showing anywhere, and there are no authorization errors for any users.
There are a few red extractors, but they're all workload/e2e related, not BPMON. Agents are green.
Solman is 7.1 Sp12, newly upgraded, all Managed system config/techmon/bpm config clean and green . This also did not work in our previous SP10 incarnation.
Does not matter which ECC system we configure for this, they all act the same way, no metric. Like there's something fundamentally incorrect with our setup or we aren't understanding how this particular monitor works. We have other BPM monitors that work just fine, so it's not a complete config failure, just this one particular one.
ECC system has st-pi 2008-1-700 10
st-a/pi is 01R_700

This is regarding normal change. We have two clients in development. (Workbench and Customizing)
We were trying to do Automatic import from development client to Quality. When importing the job, I’m getting an error related to Project Status switch. "you cannot import any request for the project at the moment" It works fine for another development client and we can see the target system in Project status switch.
But, checking the Project Status switch, looks like there’s no Target System defined for Normal transport generated from another client of development.
I attached some screenshots related to this.
Can you please help how to add a target system for another client of development ?

I've just built a brand new 7.1 Solution manager and I'm attempting to apply the patches using the SP stack online tool. My starting point is ISS Inital and my ending SP is 13. I've downloaded all of the required patches and loaded them into the EPS\in location. The stack.xml file is generated from SAP's online tool.
When I start SUM (10SP12_13) right after asking me for the stack file it errors our with the following error message.

We are using Solution Manager 7.1 SPS 12 and have configured ChaRM& using only urgent change here.
While testing we noticed that once the "Request for change" is approved by Change manager, document ID for corresponding "URGENT CHANGE" is not created. As a result, the change manager is unable to release the change for development.
we have created maintenance project for charm & all the checks are performed successfully.
we have copied SMCR & SMHF to ZMCR & ZMHF.
Still getting no clue how document is not generating.
Please provide your valuable help so that we can proceed.

I'm on implementing the monitoring for an SAP Web Dispatcher. I'm able to monitor the HTTP-service (using SAPPingHTTPCollector) as well as the process itself (using SAPControlWSCollector and operation GetProcessList).
Now, I would also like to receive some performance data. The standard template by SAP uses the SAPControlWSCollector using GetAlertTree as operation. But, it failes and I'm getting the following error within smdagent_trace.X.trc:

The "GetAlertTree" command works fine by accessing SAPControl directy using "sapcontrol -nr ** -function GetAlertTree"...

We are facing an issue in CHARM at action: "pass urgent change to test" as "Not all transport requests yet released".
1. Checked the user has released the task
2. Checked authorizations for the user is correct includes S_RFC and S_RFCACL along with release/import ability
3. Tried many times to recheck the document and pass urgent change to test but still same error message "Not all transport requests yet released"
4. This is for BPC transports only from backend system (BW) via RSA1
Please help me if anyone of faced this issue ?

We have a requirement to included the PO systems ( which are completely java systems ) to our CTS system which is solution manager system.
The requirement is to have a different transport directory for PO systems as we should not disturb the existing transport directory.
I mean, Currently CTS system is having /usr/sap/trans is the trans directory for few of the systems ( Included ABAP and Java systems) and domain is SOLMAN_1.
Now the requirement is to configure PO systems with /usr/sap/trans2 directory with new domain SOLMAN_2 with in the solman system.
Can you please let me know is this is possible if yes kindly share the document to perform it.

I followed the note 1758090 - Archiving Solution Manager Incidents for archiving solution manager incidents.
1.Closed all incidents using report AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE.All incidents closed, status changed from E0005 (proposed solution) to E0008 (confirmed).
2.Now when i go to transaction SARA.
(a) customizing > set residence time to 1
(b) select object CRM_INCDNT > preproc select transaction type ZMIN in variant.
after execution it does not list any incident to be archived.

We have a role in ChaRM that should be able to release transports via actions.
For example, transaction type ZMHG (emergency change) has an actioned called "Send for Testing". When they click on this the transport should release.
However we are seeing this authorization error:
Can anyone share the authorization that is missing?

We are on Solman 7.1 SP12 and are trying to reassign a change document (ZMMJ) to another project.
It works fine for me but I have a high level of authorizations.
For other users of ChaRM, they click on Edit (in CRM Web Client) > Reassign Change and then a search box appears.
However, when they click on search they cannot view any projects (when I click search I can).
I've searched everywhere online but can't find what authorization is missing.
Can anyone help?

We are running Solman based on 7.1 SP12 and we use Charm. Personally I am not the biggest Charm fan in the world as it is - at least from my perspective - quite complex. QGM looks a lot simpler. Is it possible to use QGM without Charm? What would I lose? In my understanding I still have the whole approval process in QGM.

I need to automate the process that when EWA report will generate it will send to our mail box. I know in solman there is one option in "System Monitor" -> "Setup" -> "Mail Configuration" we may archive the same. But it seems security can't provide us the required role due to some restriction. Is there any other way around to achieve the same.
Please share your thought on the same.
