Pushing data from abap system to SLD
Hello,
I am pushing data from my abap system to SLD.
Job SAP_SLD_DATA_COLLECT is successfully finished but the job SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001. is not visible in sm37 in solman.
Hence technical system is not visible in LMDB.
Please guide me

Hello all,
can you pls suggest me smth for this:
I am running solman_setup and at phase 5.1 (Configure Web dispatcher) and I have errors:
SOAP:1.023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR")
L3 - Failed to reach test WS through System Settings (ICM/HTTPURLLOC)
L2 - Failed to reach test WS through ICM
I choosed: No SAP Web Dispatcher used
What I did:
1. re-created users SM_EXTERN_WS and SM_INTERN_WS
2. added table HTTPURLLOC with the full hostname and the port
3. created SSL server standard certificate in STRUST and its green
4. instance profile>>add login/accept_sso2_ticket=1 and login/create_sso2_ticket=2

PI System not displayed in EWA summary
Hi all,
we face the problem that one of our customers systems is missing from the EWA summary but the report is generated and sent every week to the customer.
Our solution manager is 7.1 with SP12,
ST-A/PI 01R_700 0001
ST-SER 701_2010_1 0025
ST-PI 2008_1_700 0011
SAP_BASIS 702 0015
Any ideas where to look for the error or problem ?

SAP ChaRM - URL to Create RFC Based on Template
I was able to generate the URL shown below that allows me to create a new RFC in Solution Manager.
Does anyone know how to tweak this URL to specify a RFC Template when creating the RFC?

Solman URL link title update
Hi,
I have a question regarding Solman title update when using URL link.
I have a original document V1.1, copied and inserted the document with changes asV1.2. Now if I send URL link the document title shows V1.1 of the document even though it points out to the current document. I would like to get the title updated to V1.2 because if I upload the document as V1.2 and update the version to 1.3 etc, the URL will then show V1.2 again.
Is there any way we can achieve this.

Issue Management - closing Issues with Tasks still in_process
HelloGurus.
I have aquestion related to SAP Enagagement and Service Delivery / IssueManagement.
Can the status of an open issue be automatically controlled, so that an issue cannot be completed, if there are subordinate tasks still in process?.

Using Solution Manager 7.1 Sp12 for changing parameter acrosss the landscape
Hi Experts,
Can we use a central solution manager system with version 7.1 SP12 to change a parameter of instance profile across the landscape .
We need to change same profile parameters across the landscapes and there are too many system in landscape.
It will be boon for us if you all can guide us for leveraging solution manager to change paarmeters.

Wily Agent Installed of wrong version
Dear Team,
Please help with the unintended miracle with Managed system configuration- (SAP Netweaver 7.31 AS JAVA - and many components installed)
We have Solman 7.1 SPS7 (Wily IM9 is not supported till SPS8 hence Wily IM 8 is installed with latest level i.e.24 on different host).
It got correctly configured with solman in basis configuration (step 3.1) of solman system.
Already solman system 7.1SPS7 came default with latest IS agent 8 and 9. (not sure who did installation but I suppose those agents are pre-packaged on AS-JAVA part of Solman)
Question 1 : Is it ok that agents are deployed on solman before any system is connected to solman via SMD agent ?)
In managed system configuration (Sap Netweaver 7.3 AS JAVA system with SAPJVM 6.1) when Wily Byte Code Adaptor installation (or simply IS agent) takes place; It was executed successfully. But I was surprised that it Chose agent 9 SP10 instead of agent 8 SP24.
My Wily IM is of version 8.2.4 so (as per guides) it will not listen anything from IS agent 9.
Question 2 : Kindly suggest what needs to be done so that it chooses correct IS agent file.
Also Please suggest how can We go ahead and un-deploy IS agent 9 from managed system ?

Upgrade Solman 7.1 using SUM
Dear Expert,
Am new in SAP and last week I installed SAP Solman 7.1 SR1 SP04 delivered by SAP (DVD's) while upgrading the stack using SUM tool 10 patch 12.
to SPS 11 got stuck.
SUM tool is asking the path of SAPcontrol which is located in the executable folder \\sensol\sapmnt\sml\sys\exe\uc\NTAMD64 which is set already in the environment settings. (PFA screenshot SAPcontrol)
I've notice that even the SAPMMC is loaded the environment setting is not because am getting error in event viewer -> application say's that
Cannot open Profile \\SENSOL\sapmnt\SML\SYS\profile\START_DVEBMGS00_SENSOL. (Error 53 ERROR_BAD_NETPATH: The network path was not found.) [ntservstart.cpp 1055].

CHARM Normal Change Project Cycle empty
Hi Gurus,
We are facing an issue in Normal Change in CHARM. The Project cycle and current phase is empty (not auto populated) when we select Normal Change in Scope assignment block. It is working fine for Urgent changes. We have only one project active for both urgent and normal changes. Normal change works fine in CHARM development system. Can anyone please help me getting this fixed ?
Current "phase is Development with Release". We are using Normal Change for the first time in production.

No path found in Server Node '~Java~'
Dear experts,
I have simply added one more Java server node to 2 Java instances (NetWeaver AS Java 7.3 EHP 1).
This has caused the following error in our Solution Manager 7.1 SPS 12:
I have checked SAP note 1632540, but it says it can't be applied on our Solution Manager.
I have checked SAP note 1788474 as well, but it says to add SAP J2EE 7.02, and I have 7.31.

Techmon Performance
I was trying to see the performance reports for several of my systems by going to SM_workcenter -> Technical Monitoring (tab) -> Interactive Reporting -> Selecting a system and chosing System Reports. I then chose any of the top level tabs and chose Performance and receive "No Applicable Data Found". I get this for almost everything on this page. If I go back a couple of months, there is data, but nothing since Feb. I don't know what's changed or what agents should be running. The host agent is running on the managed systems I'm looking at. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
Also, When i look at the performance reports that I have , the granularity is monthly and there doesn't seem to be a way to change that, if possible, could someone give me an idea how to make it a little more detailed?

Solution Manager 7.1 upgrade,j2ee_admin is locked
Hello ,
I am in the middle of solution manager 7.1 upgrade and running into execution phase now. but my j2ee_admin password is locked.
I want to unlock and reset the password but this is what happening .:
1. I try to login with old j2ee_admin password but it is not correct.
2. I re-check with updating same to configtool but no luck
3.I have enabled emergency SAP* ID and can login to Visual Admin so
4. when I try to access UserAdmin so that I can unlock j2ee_admin it gives me error as Application error occurred
during request processing
Is there any way to reset /Unlock j2ee_admin even though NWA/ user admin is not available.
Please help me so that I can move ahead with upgrade

CDMC Clearing Analysis Action canceled by user Issue.

I am working on CDMC clearing analysis, in which after importing the statistics when I am trying to execute Determine Empty Database then one dialog is coming for scheduling the job in which I selecting immediate and press ok.. then it is not proceed further and end up with the status message "ACTION CANCELLED BY USER".

Technical systems in SLD not replicating in LMDB
Hello ,
I am installing new quality solution manger system (QSM) and trying to connect sandbox erp system to QSM .
Already configured SLD and sandbox is visible in it by RZ70 and configured synchronization connection between SLD and LMDb in solman_setup .
Currently on the QSM is available in the LMDB , what should I Do ?
Also for connecting diagnostic agent , In step select SLD it is configured but showing with 0 agents so in connecting diagnostic agents step , when trying to get agents nothing is found .

unknown host.
Hi all,
when i execute the SOLMAN_workcenter t-code in solution manager 7.1 sp10, the browser is opening with the below Error ..
Unknown Host
Description: Unable to locate the server named "Hostaname.domain.com" --- the server does not have a DNS entry. Perhaps there is a misspelling in the server name, or the server no longer exists. Double-check the name and try again.
I have maintained the ip address and the server name in the host file as well.
please advise?

Transport Routes for ChaRm & ITSM
Hi,
I am trying to add a new system(which is already in the managed systems configuration) to the ITSM in Solution Manager.
Charm & ITSM are already configured in Solman for other systems in the landscape. The DEV system has clients 100, 200, 300, 400, QAS has clients 100 & 200 and PRD has client 100.
Could you help in creating transport routes to use Charm & ITSM functionality of the solution manager ? We are using Solman 7.1 SP08

Creating users in ITSM for ERP
Hi All,
We have installed SAP Solution manager 7.1 SP12 and we have configured Initial configuration, Basic configuration and Managed system configuration.
In IT service management configuration we are in roadmap step 5.1 create users and business parnter, we have executed the report AI_SDK_USER_BP_GEN and selected RFC SM_SIDCLNTXXX_READ, selected the changed date, create BP for user, create users with reference to a user.
After execution it is throwing error ">>>ERROR<<< User not created successfully USER ACTION: skip this"
Kindly suggest.
