I am working on Issue Management in SolMan.
We have aleady created some projects in Project Management in SolMan.
When I try to create an issue with the T-code solman_issue_mgmt, I am not able to see these created projects under the "Project" in the "Context" tab.
How can I make these projects get populated in the project field under Context tab?
Please clarify.

Hi,
It was observed in Solar01 for the existing projects that Inscope option for transaction is not existing in Solar01.
Kindly suggest how it was appearing for few and not for some projects .
I have a situation when ZMIN is already confirmed and no longer editable,
however I am still able to create a new follow up ZMCR document for this incident.
I believe SMIN/SMCR standard behavior is the same.
Is there a way to prevent this ? I.e. I need the "Create follow up" button to be greyed out for status Confirmed in ZMIN.

We are on Solman 7.1 SP12 and I'm facing an issue with saving searches in CRM Web Client UI (Worklist page).
I have saved a search with the following in the worklist:
This works fine UNTIL I log off. When I close my browser and then open up CRM Web Client UI again, it displays as following:
So there is two issues. It keeps trying to put in a search criteria with "0001". Not sure why it does this????
Second issue is that the "Me" part of the search has disappeared???
Why are these two things happening and how do I resolve?

Hi,
I have configured solman and system monitoring mobile app by using my owns sap user account. When I log in to app using my account everything is ok (I see all 12 systems which are active in SOLMAN). Problem is when other user try to log in, he doesn't have systems there. This same user has access to solman and in desktop application he has able all these systems (all have active monitoring status).
Could you help solve this problem ? Any ideas what could be wrong ?

FI_AJAYS and CIVIL_MANOJC are provided parameter SOLMANREQU
FI_GOPESHC and CIVIL_MMS are provided parameter SOLMANdsptch
I want to restrict through organizational Model of crm_ui.
In my current scenario incidents of FI_AJAYS are not visible to CIVIL_MANOJC and vise versa.
BUT both the leads can see both users incidents.I want to restrict it mean to say civil should be able to only civil team and FI Team Lead should be able to see only FI team members incidents.
Please help.

After a change in the host_profile of saphostagent, we see two trees in Wily Introscope for the same saphostagent.
Sometimes one of them is showing grey, but sometimes both are shown as active.
The second entrie shows a % after it's name.
How can we clear the Wily Introscope from that double entries ow how can we prevent the creation ?

We have seen an issue when users are creating test package in solution manager produciton system it asks for client to be open and modifiable
Could you please suggest is this normal behavior or can something be done to avoid this as it is production system and we cant open client for every test package creation
whenever the action import to production is performed via a change document it throws back the action without triggering the import of the TR's and the below error. attachment has the error in detail.
We then have to so the status switch and manually import the TR from backend.
the logs did not give me proper hint to resolve the error.

I have Solution Manager 7,1 SP11. The system uses the text template SA_LEARNING_MAP_DEPLOY_MAIL which is delivered by SAP, as the text template for the E-Mail to send the learning map, unless there is a customer template Z_LEARNING_MAP_DEPLOY_MAIL. I copieв the SAP text template SA_LEARNING_MAP_DEPLOY_MAIL in Russian (as the main language of my system is Russian) to Z_LEARNING_MAP_DEPLOY_MAIL by trasaction SE61 and then change it. But the system still uses Z_LEARNING_MAP_DEPLOY_MAIL a template in English by default. I have to use this template in English and translate its contents into Russian. See help file in section Send Learning Map - Working with Projects - SAP Library
The question arises - why then used a template in Russian? Can I to connect it instead of the default template in English, the contents of which I have to translated into Russian?

We are facing authorization problems with ChaRM when used with cCTS. this is working fine for CTS. Now in our production system we have cCTS and so we have many authorization problems.
Challenge is this admin role is wide open and we can not give to all the users.
Has anyone also faced this kind of issue before. If yes then how you solved this. We are stuck with go-live date planned for next week. Appreciate any input in this line. Thanks.

Dear Team,
We want to prevent uploaded content in Solution Manager Documentation.
That is like example we Uploaded Functional Design Documents in the Procurement to Pay Business Process that contain sensitive business or personnel information that not all project team members should be reviewing.
Please let me know how to restirt this to particularly few members .
