Hello Sap Solution Manager Experts,
Actually, i have linked a ticket having number 8000001050 to the primary ticket 8000001156 as per the print screen.
However when modifying or changing the status of the primary ticket that is the message 8000001156, two emails of status change are being sent currently. In other words, one email for status change for the ticket 8000001156 (which is normal) and one email for the status change for the ticket 8000001050 (which i don't want).
Can you guide me of the steps to follow to meet this requirement?
In addition, i don't want the ticket 8000001050 to be modified.
