I implemented SLA configuration from Service Desk: SLA configuration hints for SAP Solution Manager 7.0
I will appreciate if somebody can respond why traffic light in ITEM MONITOR column alway become RED when SLA completion date is overdue even Incident was completed on time in transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR.
As you can see in the screenshot below I Completed it on 13:32:36 when clock reach completion time (13:59:02) Monitor become RED
If it is the normal behavior, is there anyway to manipulate it to set traffic light green when Incident has been completed?
