LMDB Infrastructure Status Warning

Hi dear Forum,

    I'm facing problems with LMDB Infrastructure so MAintenance Optimizer is not working.

Solman 7.1 SPS08 Central Note Implemented

SLD:

Model Version (sld/active): 1.6.36

SAP CR Content Version (sld/active): SAP_CR 9.11 (produced 01/02/2014)

    LMDB Infrastructure Status is yellow, error: NT601 Consumer Landscape API Notificacions (CL_DIAGLS_LMDB_NOTIF_MANAGE) is disabled

    If I try to execute MAintenance Optimizer on any Satellite System it doen't work
