I have 2 queries regarding incident management in SolMan 7.1.
1) How to restrict list of processors based on support team determined or selected while creating incidents for e.g. if Service Team is selected as 'Basis Support Team' then only processors attached to this support team (in PPOMA_CRM) gets displayed when we do list dieplay F4 in 'Processor' field.
2) Is there any way to supress the pop up window when we edit incidents - 'Enter Your Business Partner as Processor?' apart from ABAP. We don't want this pop-up in any situations .
