Hi All,
We are implementing incident management in SolMan 7.1. I have 2 queries:
1) Based on SAP component, Support Team gets determined when an incident is created. So this is fine. But when we go to processor field and display list by F4, all processors of all support teams are visible in the list. Is there a way to restrict this list automatically based on service team deternined or selected in the respective field?
2) I have red lots of thread on supressing the pop-up message "Enter Your Business Pasrtner as the Processor?" and only solution provided was through ABAP. Is it holds true yet or there is some setting which can supress this? We don't want this message to pop-up at all.
