LMDB verification failed

All,

LMDB   for ECC 6 EHP4 system is failing 

1. So we have  OTEXBAS 0962_700 (Open Text ADA 9.6.2 for SAP Basis Installation  ) installed, but cannot find matching product instance.

nearest option seems  Open Text ADA 9.6.2 for SAP ERP but that relates to OTEXERP  and it leads to further errors during software selection.

2. we have 2 more addons

ODTFINCC 600 and PA_SE_IN 100 but cannot find suitable product instance for those too.

Any help is appreciated.
