Hello Everyone,
We have configured ITSM Incident Management in Solution Manager 7.1.
We are using a copy of standard roles in Incident Management Support Desk like Administarator,Dispatcher,Processor, Key User.
For Administrator role, We are getting a SAP colloboration Tab.Under this, SAP message number, PCC form etc.
We have one requirement that Key User should be able to see the SAP message number and PCC link using Key User role.
So how can we proceed with the Customization in Solution Manager. Please help.
