SOST error 718

Hi Everybody,

When I am trying to send an email from SAP to external mail , the status in SOST shows sends the message with the number of message 718.

But mail is not received by recipient.

Could any one help me in resolving this issue so that mail is sent status is transmitted to recipient successfully.
