Customer reply is not linked to incident if the incident is processed

Hello together,

the title of this issue may be a bit confusing.

Let me try to explain:

 

Once an incident is created and saved in our sap solution manager we can trigger a mail (depending on the incident status) towards the reporter.

However, if the processor of the incident leaves the screen of the incident open (after he/she saved the incident) the customer reply does not get linked to the incident and the event queue administration (transaction: SWEQADM) shows "events with errors". After I go to tab "linkage with errors" and press the button "deliver again" (the processor left the incident screen in the meantime) the reply gets linked to the incident.

 

Is there any hint out there I can use to "reschedule" the linkage process automatically, or do I have to advice all of our incident processors to close and leave the incident screen (even though they pressed the save button)?

 

I really do appreciate your help/advice/hints  in this manner!
