Hi,
We have created two sold to party for our two business entities and also configured two separate org structure. We are using support team auto determination by rule.
We have below requirement in incident management
1. Auto determination of sold to party based on either reported by field or support team field.
2. Atleast one support team member should be assigned by default in a message processor field once the Support Team field is determined.
Need your help to understand the possibilities of above requirements either through standard configuration or development.
