Hi All,
Pl help me to implement Badi for add-in CRM_SLADET_BADI for SLA determination for multiple support team with respective service & response profile auto detect.
By default mentioned service & response profile in COMMPR01 is detective perfectly while any user creating the notification from Production server.
It will be really helpful if anyone have done this to pl share the doc with screen.
