Regarding Incident management

Hi  all,

 

 

There is a field called Reporting medium on my incident screen...it has a set of values defined as shown below...

so how do i default portal field on saving my ticket ...Should i write a backend coding for it?

This entire configuration is done via BRF+..So am i supposed to do changes in BRF+?
