HRCLC not visible in mopz in add hr packages option

Hi Experts,

i have an eh7 erp6.0 system for which the SAP-HR is at SP 91 level.

When i try to use mopz i am not able to see the clc packages only the sap -hr and ea-hr packages are visible.

is there any configuration or note that i need to implement in order to see the clc packages also in the add HR packages section .
