Hello guys,
I've got an issue leading the Support Package Implementation using ChaRM.
For the ECC environment, a new Support Package will be implemented soon.
We've got 6 systems in our landscape, and ChaRM is controlling the changes for all of them.
The SAP recommendation for unfinished transport requests is to release them all before the SP implementation.
1. How to deal with a SP implementation for a landscape that uses ChaRM for Change Control?
2. Well, if we release a TR in the old SP version (TR1), what would be the impact of importing it into a system with a new version of SP?
3. If we create a new transport (TR2) including all object from TR1. If we firstly transport the TR1 (old SP), is there any issue when transport TR2 (new SP) for the same system? It would fix any problem with the objects versions for the SP?
4. In case 3, ChaRM can recognize and create the right sequence for the transport TR1 and TR2?
Hope to make myself clear.
Best regards,
