Hi Experts,
Could anyone please explain in details the difference between ITSM Solman and Remedy tool.
Our client is currently using Remedy for incident management and change request management, they are planning to replace their ticketing system with Solman but before doing it they asking for difference between those ticketing systems and benefits they will get from solman ticketing tool which is not there in remedy.
could someone please explain the difference between these tools?? if possible share any document or ppt...
