We are configuring Problem management in solman sp12.Post the configuration when we created a problem ticket as status new,i can see that the actions button is missing.Please let me know if we can control the status of the problem by using actions button?
As i understand in 7.0 ehp1 we control the status only by using the status button.let me know was there any change in sp11,sp12.
