solman 7.1 sp12,HANA 1 SP8,ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS->Database analysis->DB Analysis

Hi everybody, in or company we are preparing for PCOE certification, and one of the demostrations consist on selecting the DB Analysis(RCA) for our hana test system.  Our environment is a SAP Solman 7.1 sp2, and a SAP Hana 1 SP8 database, we have configured the agents, have run managed system configuration succesfuly , but when we try to select the DB Analysis ,we see the next error message:

Has anybody any suggestions for this issue? we have little time to solve this in order to get or certification.s
