Unable to add test to a Change request in Charm

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in our Charm where we are unable to add any text to the Change request manually.

The system is not allowing us to enter various text inputs like Description of change , reason for change etc.

But when we save the change the text log gets updated

We are on Solman 7.1 SP 12.

Please advise how do we troubleshoot this issue and what could be the possible root cause for this issue.

I am not sure what other details could I provide you to assist me with this issue, but if you could let me know I would be able to provide you the details.
