I have connected a BOE 4.0 system to our SOLMAN 7.1, and now I want to be able to open incident messages for it in the Service Desk. I registered the system in the SLD, and a technical system of type Business Objects Cluster was automatically created in the LMDB. I have also done the managed system configuration, and I have a assigned a product system to it. So it now appears in the IBase. I have assigned this system to a key user, adding an entry <System_ID> <Installation nº> <Client> in the Identification tab, as I do for the rest of systems (ABAP, Java, ....), using the Identification field that appears in the IBase. But when I create a new message, the system does not appear in the Configuration Item selection field. Has anybody done it? Is it necessary to do something else in this case?
