Hello Solman experts,
we would like to set up Service Availability Management for productive systems of our customers.
We defined SLA (e.g. 99,8 %), time interval (e.g. 12 months) and assigned it to several productive systems.
Now it is possible to see the remaining outage time in minutes.
Unfortunately it is not possible to see when (on which days) the several outages were happed.
Also of great interest is the current state of SLA e.g. for current month at special time (e.g. from the begining of month till right now).
With button "Maintain Service Outages" you can edit or create new service outages.
But we would like to see e.g. all the service outages for special time interval (e.g. month, week, etc.) of special productive system.
Is it possible to set up these important issues within SAM?
