Incident Management App in Solution Manager 7.1

Hi,

Currently we are facing an issue with Incident Management Mobile App in Solution Manager 7.1.

Incident Mangement App is provided by Apple. We are getting an error"Synchronization error:No data found".

We have two options for the App to connect to SAP System.

Sybase Unwired Platform

Gateway( We are using this)

Please help.
