Unable to open connection to localhost:3329

Dear SAP Experts,

on all our Solution Manager Systems I find the error message "Unable to open connection to localhost:3329 in trace file dev_rd:

I could not find any note related to this message. A nestat -an | grep 3339 show no active port running for localhost.

Is there any idea on this.
