Copy App for dashboard issue

Hello all,

I trying to copy a standard app delivered by SAP in order to use it as a template for dashboard from the "Dashboard App Registration Tool", but when i hit the copy button i have the following error :

I do have the maximum authorization (sap_all).

Can you please advise ? i did follow this on help.sap Copying and Deleting Apps - SAP Solution Manager - SAP Library
