Dear all,
We are using SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP11 Work Centers, with automatic sending of mails when status changes etc.
The consultants would like to be able to see the names of attachments in the mail, so that they already, when reading the mail, are able to see which attachments there are attached to the given incident.
So as an example:
The customer adds an attachment called "Payroll example.docx" and returns the incident to the consultant.
In the mail would I then like the following to be shown:
Attachments:
Payroll example.docx
So it is just a list with the names of the documents, there is attached to the incident.
Any sugestins are very velcome.
