SAP SolMan disconnects with monitoring tool

Hi Experts,

I am sick and tired trying to find a solution or at least reason for below error:

our Solution Manager 7.1 is experiencing connection problems with monitoring system - BCM Patrol.

It is happening from time to time on different ocasions and lasts around 10 minutes. After that - it work ok for few days.

I can see some disconnection errors in dev_rd but happening more ofthen that errors in ICM logs:
