wily Introscope Enterprise Manager 9 could not start service error "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

Hi Expert ,

I have installed wily Introscope 9.1.5.0 for my solution manger 7.1 on window server 2012 64 bit.

Its successfully installed but I can't start service of Introscope Enterprise  Manger .

it giving error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely  fashion.

Please find the attached screen shot for your kind reference.

please give me any solution it very urgent for me.
