Hello guys, I can see that in the BRFPLUS there is a relation one to one from the category, to the support team, it is possible for my Service Desk to select in the CRM_UI from specific multiple Support Teams, once you got the category?. This is a specific requirement of the client because there are in total more than 300 ST and the dispatchers to choose between some of them in order to save time.
I.e: Category: Printer damage, then the Service Desk can select from three support teams: Xerox, Maintenance, Printer expert, something like that
