value help: filter the Categories per user

Hi Gurus,

Does anybody knows if is possible to limit or filter in this value help the Categories per user?

My requirement is to use an "Autorithy-Check" in which i could use it to filter the value help. In addition the it shouldn't let me "Save the document" if the user select another categorie that does not belong to him.

Any help would be useful.
