Hope everyone doing well. I am facing an issue regarding Number range check Incosistent in solman 7.1.

I am facing the above issue. Under SLFI internal and extern values are maintained as 01 and 02.

But in EWA report it was rated as Red alert...

Under SNRO -> Object i have given  CRM_SERVIC and clicke don Number ranges which entered inro another screen which displays intervals..

Once i clicked on intervals it displayed the number range for No: 01

Where i need to give extern 02? please kindly help me on this..

I have gone through the thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/3310339 but i am unable to rectify this issue. Kindly some one help me on this issue.
