Hi, we have configured incident management into our Solution Manager 7.1SP08 and we configured support team determination using guide "Support
Team Determination via Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus)"
We have created an organizational unit, a decision table and a ruleset for any kind of incidents
We configured SPPFCADM following guide and the problem is that the dispatcher is not receiving an email when a new incident is created in
the system What configuration am I missing?

pd Guide says this, but I don't think that I should mark as inactive "FIND_TEAM_SEND_MAIL" also I configured ZMIV_STD not SMIN_STD
